Empowering Adult Educators (Train the Trainer)
Throughout our lifetimes, we’ve all had opportunities to learn through organized educational experiences, but the way we learned as children was quite different than the way we learn as adults. As trainers and educators, it is our responsibility to engage our students in meaningful learning experiences. This course identifies the primary differences in teaching adults and children, explores principles of adult learning, and offers simple and effective tools to create and conduct effective adult learning experiences. Most importantly, the content is substantive, straight forward, and is shared in a comfortable, easy-to-follow format.
