Support Our Mission
Why Give?
Everyone has the capacity to thrive. Create Calm helps people tune in to their own well-being, and in turn, connect deeply with their communities. This results in creating calmer, more joyful communities built on a culture of inclusion, acceptance, and empowerment.
Create Calm is a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing mindfulness-based behavioral health programs with schools and communities. Your donation will provide yoga and mindfulness resources to students, teachers/administrators, diverse community groups, and caregivers. Together, we can unite the varied members of our communities through a shared sense of peace, compassion, and belonging.
